Escaped Inmate from George Washington University Hospital
SYNOPSIS:
Washington DC Area: 30-year-old Christopher Haynes escaped custody at George Washington University Hospital in the 900 block of 23rd St NW at 3:38 p.m. He is described as a black male with shoulder-length dreadlocks, initially said to be seen wearing a white suit with one red shoe. He now is possibly wearing a black t-shirt and gray shorts. He is not handcuffed, though he was last seen with black handcuffs hanging from his right wrist. Haynes was arrested on a homicide charge.
